Our Story

Great Barbecue Brings People Together.

Fall Creek BBQ was created around one simple idea: great barbecue brings people together. We believe in slowing down, cooking food the right way, and creating memorable experiences around live fire.

Every brisket is cooked low and slow over real hardwood, rested with patience, and sliced to order. We're not about shortcuts — we're about doing it right.

The Experience

How We Cook. Why It Matters.

🪵

Real Hardwood

We cook exclusively over split hardwood — no gas, no pellets, no shortcuts. The smoke makes the flavor, and the flavor tells the story.

Cooked Low & Slow

Brisket spends 12–16 hours on the offset smoker. Patience isn't just a virtue in our kitchen — it's the whole recipe.

🤝

Community First

We buy local, cook local, and serve local. Every pop-up is a chance to support the neighborhoods and people that make Central Indiana worth showing up for.
